Carpenter is injured in fall

On January 7, 2004, Employee #1, a carpenter with R.J. Dailey, was caulking a column on the second floor of a house under construction. When he leaned against a balustrade, it displaced and he fell approximately 14 feet to a concrete surface. Employee #1 was hospitalized at Stanford Hospital for a fractured pelvis, ankle, and vertebrae L2 and L3.
