Investigation Summary
On November 3, 2003, an employee was cutting two by fours with a skiz saw. The blade hit a knot in the board causing the saw to kick back and cut his fingers. The employee was taken to California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA where he was hospitalized and treated for an amputation.
