Employee fractures legs when struck by falling rack

On August 26, 2003, Employee #1 and coworkers were moving a rack with an oil drum using two forklifts. Employee #1 was not aware of the movement of the rack and he was struck as the rack slipped from the forks. Employee #1 sustained fracture of his two legs and was hospitalized.
