Employees arm caught in a conveyor belt

Employee #1, a temporary worker, was working on a conveyor sorting pumpkin seeds. He had been doing this for a couple of months and had always shut the conveyor down to clean it. However this time he did not shut it down and he reached into the conveyor to brush away some debris. There was no guarding at the pinch points and his hand was caught and fractured. He was hospitalized.
