Employee Amputates Finger on Table Saw

At 3:30 p.m. on June 20, 2007, an employee of Bergy Door Company, had an accident at the employer's millworking shop for hang doors and windows. Employee #1 was cutting a dado on a piece of wood approximately 1.5 in. by 8 in. by 24 in. with a 10-in. Delta table saw when his left hand contacted the saw blade and amputated his ring finger.
