Employee's fingers injured in contact with table saw blade

On September 7, 2007, Employee #1, who worked for a building contractor, was using a table saw to cut siding for a new home in Santa Rosa, CA, when his fingers contacted the blade. He sustained serious injuries, for which he was hospitalized.
