Investigation Summary
On June 8, 2007, Employee #1, a stone countertop installer, was using a portable saw to cut a piece of wood to support a countertop. While cutting the wood, the portable saw kicked back and came into contact with one of his hands. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for the amputation of a finger.
