On November 4, 2005, Employee #1 was working in the housekeeping department of Franciscan Winery, which is located in St. Helena, CA. He was walking on a tiled floor that was still not completely dry after being mopped. He slipped, and he sustained a fractured wrist. He was hospitalized.
