At approximately 11:00 a.m. on January 24, 2006, a carpenter was installing sheeting for a roof.. He fell 15 ft to the ground, while standing on a sheet of plywood used for covering a roof opening for an HVAC system.. The job site was a commercial structure under construction in Napa, California. The employee suffered a ruptured spleen and multiple unspecified fractures and was hospitalized.
