Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

On October 17, 2005, Employee #1, a temporary worker, was on a scaffold finishing lunch near the scaffold's guard rail system. When he grabbed the top rail to pour out juice from a can, the rail gave way. Employee #1 then lost his balance and fell over 16 ft to ground. He was hospitalized for heel fractures.
