Employee Injured In Fall From Elevation

Employee #1 was starting to come done a stairway. Employee #1 slipped at top, lost his balance and fell. Employee #1 was by an open loading dock door when he fell. Employee #1 rolled off the open edge and fell to the ground. Employee #1 suffered a broken leg and was hospitalized.
