Employee's finger amputated when piano overturns

Employee #1 was moving a piano by herself when one of the piano's legs broke off. She tried to keep the instrument from crashing to the floor, but her hand became trapped under the piano as it hit the floor. One of her fingers was crushed and later had to be surgically amputated.
