Employee Injured By Falling Tank

Employee #1 was working on his knees and facing away from a raised anti-freeze waste tank. The tank was about 3 ft off the floor on a pallet. A coworker stepped up on to the pallet and knocked the waste tank off. The waste tank landed on Employee #1's ankle and broke his ankle. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
