Investigation Summary
While assisting in the replacement of the rubber blankets of the printer roller, Employee #1 tried to hold the rubber blanket in place as another employee 'inched' the press. This caused the roller to turn and his finger was caught in the nip point with another roller. Employee #1 had a laceration of the thumb and was not hospitalized.
