Employee Injured In Fall From Ladder

Employee #1, a foreman, was installing braces on the edges of the metal decking of the second floor to prevent buckling of the metal deck when concrete is poured. Employee #1 fell from the ladder where he was working, in an attempt to avoid being hit by falling steel trusses that collapsed while being erected. Employee #1 suffered head injuries and was hospitalized.
