Employee injured when fell from a scaffold

At about 1:10 p.m. on April 29, 1999, Employee #1 was working from a scaffold removing old stucco from the exterior of an existing building, when a piece of stucco fell on his head, knocking him off the unprotected end of the scaffold to the ground. His injuries were fractures of the leg, which required treatment at the hospital.
