Employee fractured hips when pinned between mail carts

At about 5:40 a.m. on May 21, 1999, Employee #1 was standing between two mail carts which he had been unloading at the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) Post Office, when an industrial truck driven by an employee of another company collided with one of the stationary carts. The impact pinned Employee #1 between the carts, fracturing his hips. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
