At approximately 11:00 a.m. on May 21, 1999, Employee #1 and coworkers were constructing a wood frame house. Employee #1 was laying plywood sheets on the second floor when he stepped onto the overhang and broke through. He fell approximately 19 ft to the ground. He was not wearing any fall protection. Employee #1 was hospitalized for 10 days or more.
