Employee Has Concussion When Falling Off Truck

At approximately 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 1999, Employee #1 became unconscious following a concussion when he fell off a garbage truck. He was riding on the rear step of a garbage pickup truck. He fell off the step into the roadway and suffered various injuries, including a severe concussion and unconsciousness. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
