Investigation Summary
On May 27, 1998, Employee #1 left building number 126 to walk across the parking lot near the bus exit checkpoint shed. It was raining heavily at that time. She tripped, fell, and fractured her hip. Employee #1 underwent hip replacement surgery. When interviewed, Employee #1 reported that she could not remember how she fell. Investigation revealed that the pavement surface in the immediate area where she fell was in good condition. The cause of her accident is unknown.
