EMPLOYEE BROKE ARM IN FALL FROM ROOF

On December 6, 1997, Employee #1 was working on the roof of a two-story house. He was working in the rain. When Employee #1 reached the roof's edge, he slipped off and fell approximately 18.5 ft to the ground. The fall resulted in a broken arm and rib damage. The wet conditions caused the slip.
