EMPLOYEE BURNED BY ACID

At approximately 9:44 p.m. on October 6, 1997, Employee #1 picked up a jar of acid mixture for disposal, not realizing that the lid of the jar was loose. As he raised the jar lid, the jar fell and struck the bench below, splashing the acid contents into his face and eyes. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment and released the same day.
