EMPLOYEE INJURED BY HIGH PRESSURE

Employee #1 was looking down a 26 foot shaft. A high pressure soil liquification piping system was being used by another employee. When the operating pressure increased, the high pressure line kicked out of the hole and Employee #1 received a serious head injury, for which he was hospitalized.
