Employee injured in fall from edge of roof

Employee #1 was engaged in framing work on a two-story single-family home. He was sheeting the roof when he fell approximately 20 ft 3 in. off the edge. Employee #1 sustained serious head trauma, including broken facial bones behind his eye and nose. No type of fall protection measures, including ppe, guardrails, or perimeter scaffolding, was in use.
