Employee injured when struck by falling wall

Employee #1, an independent contractor at a construction site, was trying to stand on end a wood-framed wall. The wall was too heavy for one person and when it bumped up against a ceiling pipe while being raised, he lost control of it. The wall fell on Employee #1, who sustained a compressed disc in his back.
