Employee Fractures Pelvis in Fall from Wet Roof

At approximately 9:45 a.m. on September 29, 2011, Employee #1, a roofer, was doing roofing work on a damp roof at a height of 16.75 feet. He slipped and fell to the ground below, sustaining a fracture to the pelvis. He was hospitalized for treatment.
