Employee Sustains Fractures in Fall from Elevated Scaffold

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2010, Employee #1 was doing maintenance work to an apartment building. He was working from a ladder-jack scaffold work platform that was elevated to approximately 10 ft. The employee fell from the platform onto a concrete walkway and his left arm and hip were fractured. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
