Employee Fractures Back in Fall from Ladder

On July 7, 2010, Employee #1, of Constellation Wines U.S., Incorporated, was pressure washing the backsides of process tanks at Steel Cellar B with an ALTO Nilfisk pressure washer. The employee was standing on an eight ft A-frame ladder. Employee #1 fell down to the concrete floor while pressure washing. She was hospitalized for treatment of a back fracture.
