Employee's Head Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on May 21, 2008, Employee #1, a painter, was using either a 24-foot or a 28-foot extension ladder to paint the interior surface of a commercial building suite. He fell off the ladder from a height of approximately 18 feet and sustained a head trauma. He was hospitalized with a concussion.
