Employee killed when struck by falling tree limb

At approximately 8:50 a.m. on or about November 18, 1997, Employee #1 was struck on the back of the head by a falling tree limb. He was taken by ambulance to Clinton County Hospital, where he died. At the time of the accident, Employee #1 had his back to the tree that was being trimmed.
