EMPLOYEE KILLED AND ONE INJURED DUE TO FALL FROM PLATFORM

Two employees were installing plumbing and lighting fixtures while working in an elevated Raymond order picker. A crane struck the Raymond and knocked it over and both employees fell 16 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 was hospitalized for a fractured foot and ankle.
