Employee killed when struck by train

Employee #1 had clocked out and was leaving the employer's facility at the end of his regular shift. He got into his personal vehicle and took a road adjacent to the facility to exit the property. As Employee #1 crossed a railroad track that runs through the employer's property, his vehicle was struck by a freight train and he was killed.
