Employee killed when run over by tractor trailer

Employee #1 was talking to a driver of a tractor trailer dump truck while the driver waited in line. The truck driver's turn came up, so he left Employee #1 at the rear of the trailer. When the driver returned to the cab, he saw no sign of Employee #1. He started the truck, and the trailer struck Employee #1, knocking him to the ground. The driver's side wheels on the trailer rolled over Employee #1. Employee #1 died at the scene from head injuries.
