At 3:30 p.m. on July 19, 2017, an employee was working on a thermos forming machine that produces plastic salad trays. The employee reached into the machine to make some adjustments after bypassing an interlock and severely cut one of his fingers in a nip point. The employee was taken to the hospital and had a pin installed in the finger. The employee was hospitalized.
