Employee fractures leg in fall when pushed by resident

At approximately 7:20 p.m. on June 28, 2017, a child resident had returned from an outing and was using the phone. Another child resident became disruptive when an employee tried to redirect the disruptive behavior. The employee was pushed and fell back but her feet stayed planted on the floor. Her calf bone was fractured for which she was hospitalized.
