At 9:45 p.m. on June 2, 2017, an employee was loading and organizing items on a pallet situated flat on the ground. The employee caught her left foot in between the pallet slats as she stepped off and fell to the ground, striking her lift hip as she landed. The employee fractured her left hip and was hospitalized.
