Employee falls from ladder and incurs ankle fracture

At 11:00 a.m. on July 21, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a temporary staffing agency, was working at a job site. He was working from an extension ladder when the bottom of the ladder kicked out and Employee #1 fell, a fall height of approximately 8 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a fractured ankle.
