Employee struck by falling roll of vapor barrier

An employee had loaded a pallet with 4 rolls of vapor barrier, each weighing 50 lbs. The pallet was being hoisted when the employee came back and stood under the load. A box of vapor barrier fell from the pallet and struck him on the shoulder causing abrasions and lacerations.
