Employee falls from ladder and is killed

At 9:45 a.m. on July 22, 2017, an employee was on a ladder making modifications to a satellite dish located on the west side upper roof of the two story residential structure. The ladder that the employee was on slid along the gutter and the employee fell approximately 18 feet. A coworker contacted Emergency Services. The employee was killed as a result of his fall.
