Employee falls from transfer deck framework

On July 2, 1994, Employee #1 was cleaning the barker deck when he stepped up on the transfer deck framework to determine how much cleaning the area below needed. He lost his footing and fell 10 ft 2 in. to the concrete, breaking both heels. He was transported to McKenzie Willamette Hospital.
