Investigation Summary
At 9:30 a.m. on July 15, 2017, an employee was rewiring electrical circuitry. The employee was electrocuted by live wiring of 277 volts, 20 amps on his hands while rewiring electrical circuitry. Both hands had burn marks. The employee was found hanging by his midsection over ceiling grid with both feet on a fiberglass ladder.
