Employee injured when struck by barricade

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on October 27, 1994, Employee #1, a laborer on a road construction crew, was struck on the right side by a barricade that had been hit by a private vehicle. He was transported by ambulance to Sacred Heart Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment of a fractured right knee and pelvis injury.
