EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN FORKLIFT RAN OVER HIS LEG

Employee #1 was riding on a forklift. Before the forklift came to a stop, Employee #1 jumped from the forklift, slipped on the concrete, and his leg went under the forklift. The rear wheel ran over Employee #1's leg, causing multiple fractures for which he was hospitalized.
