Employee falls from step ladder and fractures leg

At approximately 7:00 p.m. on June 30, 2017, an employee was standing on a step ladder reaching overhead to grab a stack of empty totes off the top shelf. The employee lost his footing and fell over backwards off the step ladder. The employee leg was fracture and he was hospitalized.
