Employee killed when crushed by suspension arm
At approximately 6:45 a.m. on October 7, 1995, Employee #1 was lying on her back beneath an axle, removing fasteners to install an air system. The jack stand had not been put in place and the suspension arm fell onto her chest, killing her.
