FALL - AERIAL LIFT BOOM FAILURE

Two employees were working from an aerial lift bucket, upgrading a two-phase overhead power line to a three-phase line. The boom failed, and the bucket fell 30 feet to the ground. One of the employees sustained a contusion on his hip; the other sustained a contusion on his chest.
