Employee killed when caught between forklifts

Employee #1 was working between two forklifts, performing his normal maintenance duties. A coworker, who was moving bales of cotton with another forklift, struck one of the forklifts next to Employee #1, crushing him between the two forklifts. Employee #1 suffered head injuries and died.
