Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on July 6, 2017, an employee was climbing a ladder on the side of some scaffolding to install several panels to the first floor of the scaffold. The employee's hands slipped when he was approximately 20 feet high and the employee fell to the ground. The employee suffered fractures to both legs and was hospitalized.
