Employee's finger amputated by table saw blade

At 10:15 a.m., Employee #1 was cutting a small piece of wood trim for the face of a cabinet when his hand slipped and struck the blade of the table saw he was using. The blade amputated the index finger of his left hand. The accident happened in a small two-man shop in Salt Lake City.
