Employee is struck by falling pallet and is injured

At 8:49 a.m. on June 6, 2017, an employee was working in a warehouse. While in aisle #21, selecting items, a coworker was in a neighboring aisle, #30, and unintentionally bumped a pallet of paper towels. The pallet fell into isle #21 and struck the employee in the head. The employee sustained a mild concussion and a laceration to the back of his head.
